Ryan Gardiner

DIRECTOR

Ryan heads up our Construction Division, having held senior positions at Regional and National businesses across a varied career. A qualified Building Surveyor (MSc), Ryan’s career switched to a focus on Project Management with extensive experience in the Education, Healthcare and Workplace Refurbishment sectors.

One of Ryan’s key strengths is around Customer Experience, from receiving an initial brief, through to project completion, Ryan has the knowledge and experience to oversee design, pricing, build and handover.

 I am delighted to announce the launch of EDD Building Services. I would like to think that my experience and core principles will be evident in the way that EDD operates, and we continue to deliver projects that both ourselves, and our clients can be proud of. We pride ourselves on repeat work and becoming a trusted partner of our client base. 

STUART JOHNSON

PROJECT MANAGER

Stuart is an experienced Project Manager with practical trade skills and a degree in Construction Management. A qualified bricklayer, he brings a well-rounded view to construction delivery. Stuart has led commercial, education, healthcare, retail, and industrial projects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. He maintains clear communication with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout each phase.

Stuart plays a key role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations, always taking a professional, solutions-focused approach.

Claire Algar

Group Finance Director

Claire is the Group Finance Director at Queensway Advisory Limited, overseeing financial strategy, planning, and operations across multiple business units. With over 20 years of experience, she is a strategic leader in financial analysis, risk management, and corporate governance.

Since joining in 2011, she has played a key role in optimizing resource allocation and financial reporting. Previously an audit senior at Haines Watts, she worked across industries like technology and hospitality, Claire is also a chartered Accountant with a master’s in economics and finance from Newcastle University. In addition to her professional persuits, she enjoys Formula 1 and has a passion for fine wine!

Imran Aziz

DIRECTOR

With over 15 years of leadership experience in technology, operations, marketing, and hospitality, Imran excels in driving efficiency, growth, and customer excellence. Since 2007, he has progressed at Direct Technology from Marketing Manager to Operations Manager, overseeing contracts and large-scale fibre infrastructure projects.

As an Area Director in hospitality, he has managed multiple venues, teams, and financial performance. His expertise in process improvement, strategic planning, and business development enables him to deliver high-impact solutions across industries.
